WTB: AWD Luxury Sedan

I have cash in hand and I'm looking to buy a luxury AWD sedan by this weekend. My budget is in the low to mid $20k range. The car must be:

1. 2005 or newer
2. Mileage less than 80,000 km
3. Completely loaded leather interior
4. Excellent condition (complete service records is a bonus)

I'm looking for cars like the Acura RL, Lexus GS300 or Infiniti M35x.
