I Googled "holt vehicle", thought there was no way of finding info, but I did. Watch the video, appreciate how the wood console really pulls the room together. The guy knows mechanics, no doubt.

Nine tons of vehicle. (http://www.albertalocalnews.com/reddeeradvocate/news/One-of-a_kind_vehicle_is_bullet_proof_44781942.html)

Another link, this time showing the rear interior space as well as some other pics and information....
Hemmings (http://blog.hemmings.com/index.php/2009/01/13/blocks-light-arms-fire-check-drives-through-brick-walls-check-meet-jack-holts-screaming-eagle/)

This was from a Utah state trooper who caught Holt doing 88 mph (broken speedometer):
I am a Utah State trooper and I stopped this car last night for speeding. The owner, Mr. Holt showed me and another trooper the entire car, the engine, the cockpit and the sleeping quarters in back, very impressive. Mr Holt is quite a craftsman, his work is top knotch. I wrote him a warning and let him on his way. I certainally wonÕt forget this car.

His company website (he is retired I believe), no mention of the Eagle:

What's the chassis of this beast based on? Looks like it could be a school bus or flatbed.

I think he's very optimistic with the 200 mph top speed claim,it would take a LOT more than 1000hp for that.
Such a neat rig though.

Horsepower isn't everything, it probably has about 2000 ft/lb of torque remember. With the rightgear ratios it could be possible.

He says in one of the links posted that doing 80 mph he gets 10-15 mpg.

It is called the Holt-892T Screamin' Eagle. It was at the High River car show last year.

This is from the description with the vehicle at the show...

Construction on the Screamin' Eagle began in 1999
A stunt driver from California asked Jack Holt to design, engineer and build a car that was heavy and rugged enough to crash through several objects as well as travel through small tornados, withstanding debris and large hail stones. It also had to be bullet proof so it was built with bullet proof windows and headlight covers.

Another request was that it had to be fast, in the 300 km/h range, and very powerful. Jack selected a heavy-duty engine that is intended for fire trucks, pumper trucks, military trucks, tug boats, and fire boats. These engines are constructed with much better parts and are therefore more reliable. The engine is designed to run wide open for hours on end under constant torque without breaking down. Purchased from the New York Fire Department, the engine is an eight cylinder-2 stroke, heavy duty 892 series Detroit Diesel engine, built by GM. Add a twin turbo, larger blower gears, a heavy-duty cam and valve springs, and this engine produces an incredible 1020hp. As it was, the engine was too powerful, so one turbo was removed and a reduction in the fuel brought the gas mileage up to 12 miles per gallon.

After designing, engineering and building the vehicle, the buyer could not come up with the money, so Jack decided to finish the vehicle himself, but in order to make it street legal, some of the design components had to change. Jack had to remove the bullet proof glass and add working tail and headlights. The Screamin' Eagle weighs 18,000 lbs. jack built the vehicle over eight years and some 4000 hours.
