I just came home from a quick Southern Alberta trip. Calgary->Medicine Hat->Waterton Nationnal Park->Calgary in just under 32 hours.
Just a few cell phone pictures of some stuff we saw:

An old Civic in Medicine Hat. The body was in mint shape considering it's age. From what I could tell it was original paint. Something I wouldn't mind owning.

Here's an old Saab in Waterton. Judging by it's condition, it looks like it's probably been restored. Cool car none-the-less.

This last one is for just for kicks.....what do young people do on a Saturday night in Claresholm? Hang out in front of the Petro/7-Eleven eating fried chicken on the tailgate of the truck......

That 7-11 has damn good potato wedges and chicken strips....I especially like the chicken-kabobs. I have family in Southern Alberta and pass through Claresholm quite a bit.

Glenwood FTW.

A thread for a civic, a saab and some small town kids?
Just kidding, good catch on the saab and +1 for the claresholm wedges.

Ha, that 711 is my halfway stop on every single trip to Calgary I make. I can't head to the big city without a chicken kabob for the road.

There is a 7-11 with Chester Fried Chicken in Coleman too. I always stop for a kabob when on the way through!!

Didn't know about the claresholm one. I might have to stop cutting over to 22x at nanton!
