Need Help: Iphone on 4.0ios download problem

Just wondering if anyone on here has the same problem. I upgraded my iphone 3gs firmware to 4.0 and jailbroke the phone, however i can no longer download music or anything with dtunes for example or in safari. I have the safari download plugin but everytime I try to download anything, it just automatically opens up in the media player instead. Does anyone know how to fix this?

lots of software/file system changes in 4.0, prob have to wait until someone updates the apps u are referring to...

Has anyone running 4.0 or higher been able to download songs from beemp3 or anything yet?
