Lactose free protein powder

What would you guys recommend? I'd like to stay away from the soy ones if possible.

Egg protein powder. Better yet, carton egg whites.

The lactose free ones throw me off like a mo fo. Its because they aren't lactose free, the lactase enzyme is just added in to make it easier to digest.

And yes, stay away from soy.

But I mean, I click on there first one there with 0g of carbs, even in the description says it is suitable for milk allergies, and then contains milk and 2g of carbs :nut:
