~62 ish mph...

And I got a deal on it, ;)

I've been doing some reading on what I can mod on it.. Maybe someone can help me with this:

"I use one valve to manually control the waste gate and a 2nd valve to control how much pressure the ecm sees. The Honda has a separate map sensor for fueling so it does not run lean. Kit includes valves, 2 gauges, hoses and fittings and instructions."

It sounds as if he is using one boost controller to control what the ecm sees, and one for the wg.. Its a cheap kit at 150$... But if thats all he's doing I can piece that together myself..

The bigger kits with intercooler and ecm, are like $1500.. Which I dont want to fork out right now.

NICE! I've gone 50mph on a seadoo and it was wicked...62 would be killer.

Its an 8.5:1 engine, and is limited to 6200rpm.. 13 pounds stock, but has room to move as I read of guys running near 20. But they are mixing fuel. I'd rather not have to do that, but even if I could get 15 or so on 91oct it would be worth doing. I'm going to have to start stealing parts off my talon to juice this up with.. Kinda tricky to monitor afr's though, jumping waves.

More info:

"With the alpha kit, you can adjust boost to what ever level you want...from under stock to 25 psi. However, there are no benefits to running over 18 psi. Personally, the best bang for the buck is the Alpha kit with no intercooler and run 16 - 17 psi on 93 octane."

I only have access to 91 though, so I might have to find something to mix with..

I had heard they also have these with a turboed 1.5L four. I don't know if that's the same as the L15 in the Fit, but it would be pretty hilarious if it was.

you can drill a tiny hole in the pressure pipe... old trick on turbo motors that will trick the ecu.

just gotta be careful you don't go too big or you will overboost it.
