Does anyone know any good calgary patios in the downtown area. Me and my friends r coming for the stampede and were staying in the international hotel. Any good patios or even any rooftop patios?

Go to 17th ave SW, find a patio, sit down order drinks, enjoy the view ;)

I think the Keg at the westin close to international has a patio... it won't be the hot spot.. but it is busy and close to the hotel

Not really close to International but still in downtown..Hudson's would be pretty good. West is suppose to have a rooftop patio opening this month..not sure if it's done yet though?

Most of the patio's downtown are located in the ground floor but like what someone already mentioned, check out 17th ave SW(red mile) and find a pub/bar that you like.

8th ave also has some good restaurants. It's closer to your hotel as well, it's also known as Steven Avenue.

I went when it first opened. Drinks are decent but food and service was absolutely horrible. More of an older crowd and lots of MILF's if that's what you're interested in. Heard it hasn't changed much.

The Palomino next to the Hyatt on 7th Ave has a great patio in the back.

Broken city has a rooftop patio. 11th AVe and 5th St sw, beside amsterdam rhino - which also has a neat patio.

Molly Malones in Kensington also has a great rooftop spot.
