onlinetires.com - anyone ever use them?

So just looking for some replacement tires and came across this site. Ive tried calling the toll free number and theres never anyone around to pick up the phone it seems. Anyway there tires are priced very well but they ding you on shipping from california for around $192.00 bucks but even with shipping still works out to be way cheaper than anything local or tirerack.com. Anyone ever use this website or know of anyone that has? Thanks.

And what happens if there are issues with the tire? Dealing with CA.... just call Bob and get a fair deal. I was all ready to buy four tires and have them installed in Montana, Bob's price was $30 over my costs for the Montana plan. Bob is local and a stand up guy should there be quality issues down the road, two locations now so better in every way.
