on average, how much are the bills for the place?

Atco is average $100 per month.
Enmax is $50 per month.

The only other bills are phone and internet.

Your welcome to your opinion of course, but I know that the current tenant is not skimping upon utility usage, and she has the bills to prove the costs that I posted.

There are advantages to being a middle unit townhouse in a well insulated complex with condo fees that cover water and sewage.
