Brand new TWM Performance adjustable counteweight for the 2007-2009 Mazdaspeed3. Gives your shifter a more "mechanical" feel for those looking to do more agressive shifting. I paid $50USD including shipping for it, I put it in just to test it out but prefer the stock unit. I'm pretty sure it'll work for Mazda 3's as well but that's upto you to find out.
