Anyone ever worked at one? How was it? I know the pay is shit but I'm just gonna be doing this part time during school. I've read a bunch of horror stories about working there from a google search but most of them are from the US. Thanks.

I worked there when I was younger.

It really depends on if you like to help people and are paitent.

There were some perks after the 3 months but i dont know if they changed them at all or even have any.


If youre ok with the lack of pay then have at it.

It's retail ... I have never worked at ebg in specific, but all retail will be the same ... shitty pay and abuse from pissed off customers. It's a thankless job, but it is good experience if you're willing to do it.

I agree. Any retail is good experience. I mean looking back I hated working at the bay when I was younger, but damn did it ever teach me to be outgoing, patient, accommodating and to check my ego at the door. All which help me with my current career as a one on one counsellor and teaching seminars.
