I'm the second owner of the car. Car is from BC so it does not have a block heater. Never had a problem starting it in harsh minus 40 weather. Car comes with 3 sets of tires and 2 sets of rims. 2 sets of high performance low profile tires (Goodyear Eagle F1, BF Goodrich g-force sport) on Rota 17" rims. 1 set of NEW winter tires ( Hankook i-pike) on steelies. This is a 5 speed.
