My wife and I moved in to our house last September. The back patio has a motorized awning (no idea who installed it).
Over the weekend, while it was being retracted, the damn thing just fell right off its supports. Thankfully no one was under it when it happened.
It looks like the bracket that is attached to the house (holds the roller that takes in the canvas as the awning retracts) broke causing the roller to fall to the ground. Wiring to the roller was also ripped out as the roller fell (its pretty heavy).
Can anyone recommend a company that installs/repairs these things?
