Gelatine powder in bulk

Anyone know where i can purchase gelatine powder in bulk?

So far I've called a few bakers' supply stores and they have an MOQ that would set me up for decades. I need about 5 or 6 lbs of the stuff and i'd rather not go to superstore and buy a few cases of the packets for cooking.

Other than buying bulk from superstore I can't really imagine where else other than the bakers to get that much?

I haven't been to costco in decades but that may be a good alternative?

checked costco and nothing. Looks like superstore it is.

Once upon a time when I lived in Jasper we had a place called "Nutters Bulk and Foods" They carried Gelatin in bulk. Doesn't Calgary have any bulk type food stores?
