did a search the other day and didn't come up with anything. For those of us not wanting to drive all the way to 17th ave where would there be a good place to drink outside on a sunny day in the south?

Dixon's is about the only place I can think of and it's not much of a bar at all.

Thanks for clearing that up hehe. But yeah might check out brewsters. Coach and Horses is kinda boring for me now. Been there too many times.

Seeing as I am a server and i would be going with my gf my main focus won't be on how hot the servers are but on how well they serve and how nice the establishment is. I went to 1600 on Canada Day and was less than impressed at the crappy food and really slow service.

See the new menu though? I was less than impressed. Well actually quite pissed off. Now that I live in New Brighton and not Palliser....another thumbs up for Brewsters.

Another one for Brewsters on High Street!!! Once you top the stairs for the first time on a sunny day to the rooftop patio you will love it.

Coach and Horse has a nice patio. If you don't mind going closer towards Chinook, there's Limmerick's on Macleod.

^ This, or Original Joes. I also love Limericks too, right beside the smugglers inn.

All have fantastic beer, and great food, but for just beer its hard to beat Brewsters since they make their own, and DAMN its good

What's wrong with the D'Arby Arms? Patio isn't huge, but the food is great, prices are reasonable, their schooner night includes Rickard's (hate Coors Light/Canadian), and their beer selection is great.
