We will do a lease assumption, good deal considering the lease rate on the car is 3.8% which is sweet sweet sweet

FAQ

Nothing wrong with the car
It doesn't matter why I am selling the car
It also doesn't matter what I will be buying

Anymore detail ? how come $470 a month  ?? and till 2007 ? 4 yr lease ? you want someone to just take over your lease, or you will pay some $$ for someone to take over your lease ? 3.8% is sweet deal, but for $470 a month ... did you put "ZERO" down ?
buy out ?

Buy out is $14711

If you were to go through with the lease until maturity and purchase the car out right, it will come to $34921 which is reasonable.

If you were to buy a used Type S say for, $29K and take out an auto loan for that value at 8.5% over 4 years, in the end, you are still paying around the same price as my lease but with a $700+ monthly payment for finance.

The current lease rate is 7.5% for the RSX-S. If you were to purchase a brand new one, your payments would be easily over $500.

Good thing about leasing is lower monthly payments but you pay $$$ for interest but 3.8 is :bigpimp: especially for a Honda/Acura.

I will pay ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for someone to take over this lease:D If it doesn't sell, that's fine too, no rush. I'll wait for it to depreciate to the point where the trade in can cover my buyout!!! I just want RWD+Torque:drool:

You don't have to pay Penalty for ending the Lease from Honda Canada ?

I think if you terminate the Lease within the first 12 months, you need to pay 2 payments for Penalty..
You better check with Honda first, so you don't have to pay Early termination penalty..:)

I'm glad you brought that up but until someone expresses serious interest, I won't look any further....yet

LOL

No trades :)

Interested party can just take over my lease! I'll even pay for the $300 administration fee and the monthly payment comes out on the 10th so if you buy on the 11th, you basically get one month free.
