Some HID Help

Hey guys, did a search and couldn't really find any answers to whether or not I have a blown bulb or ballast.

Anyway, I blew an HID yesterday, popped the hood and I can hear the ballast buzzing away.

Know anyone in town particularly good with HID's that might be able to troubleshoot it for me?
