Hey guys, a project I'm working on needs a bunch of geotech data. Instead of hiring a geotech company to go out there and get it, I know of a different oil company that recently did a bunch of geotech ride beside me (literally <10m away).
I talked to this other oil company about going 50/50 with them on their data, and they agreed as long as something was signed saying they are not liable for how the data's used.
I'd rather not get lawyers involved... I think I can put the wording together, I just want a template for how a legal document should be put together (title blocks, how each party is identified and then referred to, etc).
Anyone know of a good template to work off of?
