Home insurance question

I was discussing this question, and I need an insurance person to answer this.

If a landscaper left their trailer in my backyard, unhitched from a truck, if something happened to the trailer ( theft or damage) could the landscaper go after my home insurance policy to recover their loss?

He COULD go after your home insurance, but I think your insurance company wouldn't pay out.

He could go after your home policy IF YOU caused damage to his trailer but thats it.
