Looking for free timer beep software

I need software where I can input a time interval (e.g. 30 s), and then the pc will beep every 30 seconds. Does anyone know where I could find a free program like this?

Heres a simple java timer based on your specifications. To run it just double click the .jar file after unzipping it.

Not great for intervals but the following app is awesome if you want a quick timer at a certain interval:
