Autometer Phantom Series, P/N 5775, 2 1/16" diameter, for a narrow band (0-1V) sensor.
It works perfectly and is in good shape. The wire leads are a little short, ~10cm. Also included is the aluminum mounting bracket thing and instructions.
Asking $35 obo. I'm in NW Calgary.
