I need a compressed air hose with 1/4" NPT fittings that can handle pressures up to about 700 psi. i've been to Rona, Home Depot, and Crappy Tire, and they only have hoses rated to 300 psi. I know they make them, though, since we have a uber old one at work that is rated to 2xxx psi. does anyone know where i can find these locally in Calgary? I'm just looking for a short hose, like this:

But the highest working pressure they have is 350 psi. I'm working up to 650 psi, so would like something that is at least 700 psi rating.

greenline hose and fitting might be able to make it up for you..

^^thanks!

I should also mention that this hose will sometimes be immersed in boiling water. I guess I will need a braided wire hose or something? I'll give Green Line a call in the morning, just thought someone on here might be an expert at high pressure hoses or something.

might want to call senior flexonics for the braided hose. or you can always try a hyraulics shop for high pressure hose

Go to Ability Hose & Fittings, I get them to make all my custom plumbing needs.

Thanks for all of the advice! I called Greenline and they had to order a metal hose from Quebec, but then I called Ability and they have several options in stock, and could make me a hose in like 5 minutes. Sweet!

Thanks again!
