Can anyone do forkseals on 05cbr 600rr??

just noticed my forkseals are leaking, anyone here know how to do em and ill pay em, i got quoted almost 200 or so bucks at rocky mountain powerhouse.

$200 for fork seals is cheap. Or is that just one side? You usally do both sides at the same time.

You should get your forks re-valved for your weight. While they're doing that the whole shock will be apart; from there its nothing to replace the seals.
Google the different businesses that do that, but typically you'd send the forks/shocks away, tell them what your riding style is, your weight (with gear) and they'll set up the shocks for you and your bike.... I assume for much the same price, at least very close to the $200 you were quoted.
Check around for the shops that do race tuning, as anybody can revalve a shock (well almost anybody), its much harder to do a flawless job with excellent results as per you're riding habits.
