Mymru email on iPhone 4

So I've been trying to figure out how to attach my email onto my iPhone 4 and for the life of me I cannot figure it out. I searched google and found some instructions from mtroyal.ca but they do not work.

Incoming server is notes.mtroyal.ca
Outgoing server is mail1.mtroyal.ca
Usual login and password with ssl off

Has anyone attached mymru onto their iPhone yet? Help me please lol

^ I think thats only for faculties and staff that uses Lotus Notes and with email domains with mtroyal.ca ... us students use [email protected] .... if anyone know how to push mymru emails to the iPhone please post instructions. Thanks.

I don't go to mount royal, but a quick search on mymru.ca gave me this document:
