Anyone get annoyed when bigger restaurants only have 1 shitter in each bathroom (man/woman)
I think the city need to impose a seating/shitter ratio.
Just curious.

What would you recommend the seater/shitter ratio be then?

1 shitter (for each sex) for every 30 seats

That could make for some big washrooms...
I like places that have at least a few urinals and a shitter. I don't do the "2" in at restaurants so I prefer places that at least roll a few urinals.

There already is a "seating/shitter" ratio in the building code. Most places just go with what will get them to pass code.

visit Belgo during a busy friday night. They have 2 unisex bathrooms. Last time I was there it took about 25min before I was able to take a leak. 5 more minutes and I would have gone out and watered the Belgo sign up front :banghead:

I strive to avoid public washrooms, no matter what the cost, if I absolutely have to use a public can................extensive measures are taken.

I believe that washrooms are taken into account for max capacity by the fire dept.

Did you go upstairs? unless they changed things in the past month, they had proper mens and womans bathrooms that support multiple patrons at once.

Ohhh it worked alright....
I was presented with an opportunity like that a few months ago while visiting bosnia, the outhouse at my grandpas place was flooded due to a river overflowing and the only other place was the motel across the street, it came with 2 tiled areas (much like a shower) and a hole in the floor that you cant flush.... :barf:
