I recently stumbled upon www.wx.ca, and really like how they provide time series data for so many different weather variables. Does anyone know of any comparable sites?

for the accuracy you want, the closest i know of is anything aviation weather related, i.e Nav Canada's AWWS.

you might have to take a crash course in the terminology (http://www.navcanada.ca/ContentDefinitionFiles/Services/AWS/AWS_Guide_EN.pdf) for some of them METAR, SIGMET/AIRMET

i personally trust government weather forecasts (weather office and Nav canada stuff) more than the run of the mill sites like weather network etc.

Holy shit dude, I just checked out this website and it's a dandy! I am getting more into climate and meteorology, and am definitely gonna geek on this site from now on. Thanks a lot!

Olds weather station at http://oldsweatherstation.hobby-site.com:8080/details.html and their associated thunderstorm tracker here (http://oldsweatherstation.hobby-site.com:8080/stormvue.html).

Also, there's the Balzac amateur weather station (http://www.dacosta.dynip.com/weather/weather.html).
