I don't think its a kit, the overall proportions look like the real thing.

I would have loved to take that show in, F-40 is one of my favorite Ferrari's by far.

I don't think that's the ZR Auto F40, since there's no stickers on it at all.

There's another 2 F40's in town aside from the ZR Auto one.

Somewhat humerous.. I think one of the rarest cars there was probably overlooked the most!
I'll give you a hint... its bright blue.....and went faster from 0-50kmph then a McLaren F1!!

Lol, 50km/h?
What a joke, a stock sti could probably turn out a faster 0-50.

A mclearan f1 wasn't built to do hard launches out of a dig and shut down at 50km/h. mclearan f1 race starts at about 180km/h.

The F40 is real, it belongs to a friend of mine, he got it through Kulu, who had it flown over from England, Air Canada cargo!

As Rage said, there is another one as well, actually 2 more!

Freds still has the original tires on it, if you feel like getting scared!

It is a spectacular car.

$10,000 for shipping, here in 9 hours.

Ok, how about Jacques Villenueves F1 car in the same category?
That goood enough for you?

I think you are entirely missing the point... the car Im talking about is an early 90's 4 door station wagon that is totally unassuming... and for it to beat the above mentioned cars in any category is pretty cool.
Sheesh.

Yea, I shot this car when it first arrived. I hate Ferraris, but damn, the F40 is something else!

Do you remember when it was parked there next to the Carrera GT, I was amazed how similar the two cars were from size to design.

cheers

I think that both those are owned by the same person in okotokes I remember seeing pictures of his garage with both those cars as well as the 250 gto> I think he has a company that makes bug deflectors for cars, and offers tours of his garage with proceeds going to charity. there was a link on here once, dont know where it is though

Its an Audi RS2.. it was imported from Europe. Only 2,800 ever made... not idea how many still exist.
Audi collaborated with Porsche on the car, and it was only produced on a short run because at the time it was just as fast as the Porsche Turbo.. and it was a four door wagon.

It should be at EuroQuake this Sunday in Red Deer if you are interested!

The RS2 is amazing, definitely check it out if you haven't seen one, there are very few around.

They are very similar in a lot of ways. Its shocking how many people ended up owning both, probably for that reason.

I went for a ride in Fred's F40 at the track a few years ago, got out and looked to see the original P-Zero's...holy nuts that's crazy...

Good thing it wasn't pushed very hard, still my favorite Ferrari and was amazing to ride in at the track, so raw. The F430 Scud was nice too, same kind of raw feel but with head room and a full seat belt not just the lap...
