Would look pretty clean without the stickers, but then again that'd decrease about 5HP

Not the worst I've seen...

I don't think this car is that bad. Maybe lose the spoiler and the bow-tie sticker on the side but everything else looks ok. It's amazing what beyond now thinks of as hideous cars. I am afraid to do anything to my car at all for fear of being posted on beyond as a canadian tire hero. :D

he did a decent job on it

Bowtie sticker isn't that bad, the Canadian tire brand(s) decals on the side and the spoiler kill it though.

Kind of ironic he choose one of the most shitty cars GM has recently released as a icon for showing off "Chevrolet Pride" with the big bowtie on the side. :nut:

i love how all these ppl on beyond post these "fail" threads, just because you don't like something means it's a fail? WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU PPL? ARE YOU DIRTY AMERICANS OR CIVIL CANADIANS?? Grow up, IMHO admins should lock/delete any/all "fail" threads, spotted threads should be reserved for exotic and unique vehicles only, not bashing on something you don't like.

This car is much uglier in person. That was a very flattering angle.

You're probably just afraid your car is going to show up in one:rofl:

Seriously though, this isn't that bad. Besides the fact that its a Cavalier.

I don't mind the fact it looks like there was effort put into it. Not the worst. Wouldn't rock it myself.

I don't give a shit what ppl think of my cars, they are MY CARS and they only have to please me and nobody else. If you think my civic is worthy of a "spotted" thread go ahead, pics are in the marketplace.

Meh, cars not that bad, it's more funny to me that someone would actually spend money on modding a Cavalier.

I thought they were supposed to have really strong blocks and could make a lot of power with boost. My buddy had one of the 2.4L cavi's that had some work done and it was pretty quick. To each their own I guess.

The 2.4 was actually a bad block, the 2.2(cobalt and cavalier) was the better choice for building and was the block GM used to build a under 10 second FWD drag Cobalt which I believe is now running in the 7 second window, and YES THAT IS 1/4 MILE NOT 1/8th MILE. They used a base cobalt 2.2 block reworked and built to the tits for a damn fast drag Cobalt.

^ That's the Ecotec 2.2L and not the old 2.2L/2200 ohv 4-banger that came in the Cavalier from 1990-2002.

Yeah, the eco was the better one. the 2.4L (Z24) had a gm supercharger the dealerships sold, haha. But the most you could get out of the 2.4 with boost was 200hp without re-doing all the internals.

Not a terrible looking cavalier though, but my winter cav is better:guns: (nah, it's shit)

Can somebody explain to me the fascination with uni-wiper conversions? Straight up, I think it's ridiculously stupid.

edit: bad typo. My bad.

I haven't actually seen a uni-wiper set up in at least a decade.

It was all the rage in the 90s, when people thought they could make their car more European by switching to a single wiper arm... lol...

That isnt bad actually. I wouldnt be too worried about being in that car as long as the exhaust wasnt retarded and the chevy sticker was taken off.

btw I saw this car driving the opposite way on Deerfoot yesterday, from what I could tell a fairly cute blonde girl was driving it

I saw one of the old mild 2 wild cavi's that Rock 106 gave away at Walmart last weekend. My girlfriend laughed her ass off when I pointed it out.

I was expecting something a lot more worst. That actually looks decent, especially if the driver was a hot chic!

not so bad... I wouldn't drive it, but I wouldn't laugh at it either.
