What i got out of this......

lost cut key part of FOB asked to bing in all keys and FOBs to the dealership
Took car into dealership quoted 1/2 hour labor
keeps getting requests for another hour labor
keeps getting the run around with all the managers
more labor requested
gets told has car needs a big over haul just to program the keys
simple jobs turns into thousands of dollars......

You just joined the forum and your only posts are about needing help and you want help with that attitude and expect people to read your long post about your problem that we could care less about?

First thing I would do is post which dealership it is. Censoring all that crap is not helping your situation. Tell them that they wrecked you car and you won't pay for them to fix it. Get mad, and call the police, etc. If they did the damage, I wouldn't pay them shit. Tell them to fix your car and be done with it.

you need to remove all the *'s and put the real information back in so that you catch the dealership's attention

Seems to be a vw/audi. Op mentions he speaks germany and will call ***** of germany...

My 05 jetta fob was somewhat of a pain in the ass to program and i know they do have issues with the convience module but my god:eek:

BMW?

I have no clue why you didn't include dates and times... what's the point of this?

If your post is this hard to understand, I wonder if there could be a miscommunication between you and the shop which could be part of the problem?

I would agree with vw/audi - germany + if you google 'convenience module', only audi/vw come up

OP is a clown with the Soviet style censoring. Dealership treated him appropriately.
