I'm glad Matt's car went to a good owner. Excited to see what you do with it, Jack.

S12 photos

Wow, I've always liked S12's but now I love them to no end. It's funny how Nissan, Toyota and Honda all had a car that looked exactly the same...Accord hatch, AE86 and the 200SX.

i thought you were going that route when i first opened this thread for sures because of the die hard love for the 2.4 once upon a time (edit: also the basis for many arguments on n-e-c-c lol)

very nice to see, from oggling at the s13 back in the day (05-06?) i only expect to see this to be a mint clean example in the end.

The new black top is in. I will spend a few hours this weekend to button up the rest.

I am thinking of these Diamond Racing wheels... should i go 15s or 16s?

I know the fad was over years ago but thats the cheapest way to get a custom set of wheels. Find me some since you are all over the internet.. :D

15" to 16" size
8" to 9" wide
bolt pattern 4x114.3
offset 0 or less.. -25 is cool too.

Konig rewind, and the cheapo XXR (http://www.xxrwheels.com/sportmax_513.shtml) wheels are ET0 and should be 4x114.3

Looks good Jack, glad to see the car went to a good home.

Wheel choice is a tough one... I am still not a fan of the diamond racing wheels though

So busy at work lately but i managed to button up a few things...

Added an Odyssey dry cell battery, replaced and cleaned up the terminals. I still need to clean up the tray and add a aluminum tie down.
http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f60/boostinfested/S12%20SR20DET/100_1787.jpg

Removed and replace the coolant lines. I will replace the rad and fans later with an aluminum ones.

http://i45.photobucket.com/albums/f60/boostinfested/S12%20SR20DET/100_1790.jpg

Cleaned up more of the Sanford and son fan relay from the previous installer, took out the thermostat and removed abit of the unnecessary wires. So much Ghetto shit to clean up but its coming along pretty good

Cleaned up the ghetto cutting and mounts from the previous installer. Instead of rusty sharp metal edges. Painted with undercoat spray.

This was originally my car- it looks alot different now. Somethings have changed while others are the same. I can vouche for the odd hack job here and there lol but i never had the car completly 100% finsihed when i sold it. There were some parts of the engine bay that definatley were not completed. Man did I take care of that car when i owned it!

This was first swap and at the time i think there was maybe 1 other in Calgary for a total of 2 in Western Canada. There is way more info out there now then there was for sure.

Here is my original FS thread :)
