hey so as the title says i got the d16z6 sohc vtec, and i this weird thing with my car, when my oil is low or next to nothing in there, my car will either not start or will start then shut off immediately, has anyone else had this problem, or no of what this could be from?

Try draining the rest of the oil and see if that solves the problem.

Perhaps you should have bought my eg6 and not just texted me with how big a peice of shit my car was. Guess this is a little karma for ya. Perhaps try not running the engine when there is no oil and not being a douche when yer looking for a car.

buddy i dont even know how you are with your eg6 and no i dont mean too, its a honda it burns i usually check it every week, or whenever im under my hood, but if its even low it wont start

then keep it topped up. you expect a motor to run without oil? do you expect it to run without gasoline either?

no i always am topping it up, i am just wondering if there is like a saftey in the engine that stops it, thats all im wonderin

if it's burning that much oil you should not be driving it, take it to a shop and get it fixed
