Question on will it fit, this is what I'm looking at putting on a 1991 SW;

Front:
17x8, +38 w/ 205/40 ZR17
(These are 1.1% bigger than stock 91 & 0.1% bigger than stock 93+)

Rear:
17x8.5, +32 w/ 215/40 ZR17
(These are 0.4% bigger than stock 91 & 0.4% smaller than stock 93+)

With this offset the wheels are ~3mm tucked.

I am looking at TRD springs & whatever struts you guys recommend to go with them if stock just won't do. I am hoping for ~1 inch drop in ride height, just something slight for everyday daily driving & to help improve the look of the car.

Way off, unless I'm mistaken, stock wheels are 6" wide front, and 7" wide rear 45mm offset, which means your new rims will be 32mm extending out on the front and rear, compared to original.

So with the new setup they will be 32mm's further out making them ~3mm's in from the outside of the fender.

TRD springs are good. I had H&R's and loved them. They were way over 1" drop though.

Most people like the Koni Yellows for shocks and struts.
