If Barrichello weren't planning on racing for Williams next season I'd say he'd be the replacement.

Or maybe Kimi will fill the role he was clearly born to play.

So, how does the Stig train the stars (in the reasonably priced cars)? Does he leave the helmet on for the duration, and try a different accent?

^^^^^Thats exactly what he does. However not the accent bit, the hemet naturally muffles the sound of his voice. And do you really think people like simon cowell, michael gambon and jordan are gonna know what some formula three drivers voice sounds like?

Top Gear is preparing to choose a new Stig. A specialized farm somewhere in the UK is the spot where several different Stig’s are breed. A source said to the Sun: “Fans don’t know there is a secret farm where we breed lots of different Stigs. We’ve found just the one.”

It is unclear who will be the third Stig to wear the helmet and suit. But what colour will the character be? You can choose your favorite one from this herd of Stigs!

The latest Stig will be unveiled at Earl’s Court in London next week as part of Top Gear Live, but TV producers have not decided whether a new Stig will be introduced for next year’s new series.

Who knows. With Collins defected to 5th Gear, how would that lap time board can even hold up with a new Stig?

I dont see how the lap board can hold up. Unless they can get the new stig to reasonably match collin's times in a number of different cars... at least 15 cars id say, then I just don't see them using it.

Scrap the 'old' lap board, and create a new one, just like when they switched the reasonably priced car to the Cee(apostrophe)D.

Have new-stig drive 10 of the hottest (new) cars as quickly as he can, to establish a new hot lap board. 1hrs worth of programming right there.

They didn't change the lap board when they changed from black Stig to white Stig. Don't know why they would now.

Weird, I always thought the stig was a different driver every time. But I guess with one driver, results are more consistent.

Love the stig farm picture though :D

I think pro drivers should be able to get roughly the same time out of every car on the board as long as the conditions were similar. Therefore I think the board should stay and be continued.
