How to transfer music/videos from old ipod to new ipod?

Hey so I have a lot of my music and videos on my old ipod which I want to put on my new ipod. Problem is that I never actually added shit to my library, I would usually just drag and drop.

Do you guys know of any programs or any methods that will help me transfer the stuff over?

I tried just manually getting the songs off the ipod by going into Ipod_control and music, but allt he song names and everything is scrambled.

Go to ilounge.com and search on there. I found a program on there and was able to transfer songs from my old ipod to my computer...
