F.S. garret TD04 turbo

I happen to have this lying around was thinking awhile ago of use it on my Z and get another one of these. Unfortuntly they do not produce the 1000hp the pair. Of course i must upgrade to a pair of TD06's.

Bought this turbo about 3months been sitting in the garage and never been used by myself. There is no shift pay and the turbines are in great condition. The TD04 runs 300hp +, From what i've been told it is capable of 420hp i believe. So if somebodies needing a great condition turbo to rice up there car give me a shout. Selling price is $380.

Do you have more specs on teh turbo? Where did u get it from?

Garret doesnt make a td04 does it? I believe that is a mitsubishi td04 - 15G? If that is the case it is out of a WRX and is only capable of about 260 crank HP... correct me if i am wrong

My mistake it's a Mitsubishi TE04H turbo, my friend helped me purchase it from a guy that lives in Colorado. He spoken to him awhile ago on a car forum.

ya, that's even smaller than a TD04....just so you/everybody knows....one of the smallest turbos you can get.

I'm getting a feeling that i've just been had i was told when i got this that it was a Garrett TD04. Fricken bastard i'm going have a talk with him. Unless the guy thta shipped it to him screwed him. Never the less i'm pisssssssed :banghead:

This was the first time that i even opened the box and taken a look at it ARrrrg. I guess i'll never get my $ back for what i paid :whipped: Any case i don't even know what this is worth or what it can do, any suggestions?

$75 if its mint. I actually used the same turbo on gpomps turbo kit that i built for him. (i think) He is/was running 7psi and he dynoed around 150whp

Just for compairison sake, someone I know bought my old turbo. Garrett T3/T4 with around 3000kms on it for $500

Thanks for the adive and knowledge it's appriciated. When i get my new turbo's will be getting them direct from a established company. Twin Greddy TD05's or better.
