The phone is yours, just take over my Rogers 2yr contract. Right now I'm on some plan for like $200 a month... but you can just downgrade to the cheap $25 buck plan if you want. You wouldn't get my old phone number, it would be changed to something different since you would be taking over my plan. I've owned the phone for like... 3 weeks... it has just over 23hrs on it... good condition, few scratches on the battery cover. FREE!!

The phone goes with the contract. It was 24 months from October of this year.

It's a free phone. Can't really go wrong. :)
