Was doing a carproof and came upon this in the report. Can someone help me interpret what this means?

I don't know for sure, but I would only assume it was an accident that was reported but that the repairs were paid for out of pocket vs through insurance.

You read it wrong. it should be
Collision 1, vehicle 0

This is correct. Usually something small like a bumper or a mirror.

Anyone know if all the hail damage will eventually make it onto these reports? Lots of cars will show many thousands in damage repairs in that case.
