Brand new, still in packaging with bubble wrap surrounding it. Order 2 pairs but only need one. $20 bucks and I'll deliver to your place if you're relatively central or meet halfway if you're in the boonies :) Goes without saying...but there are two bulbs in the package. They are quality bulbs and at quite a nice price.
