The are paving the area around my house and did a shit job of cleaning up the road after they milled the asphalt, leaving rocks and chunks all over the place. They then dumped their tar/oil all over it. For about a week it was just as bad as a gravel road, even keeping my speed to maybe 10kph I now have a nice quarter size chip in my windshield since the crews are not cleaning their trucks or the road.

Am I screwed or can I get the city to foot the bill to fix it, its slightly spiderwebbed already.

Where do you live? Similar sit around my place, but fortunately no oil on the roads.

Kelvin Grove, no so much the cost, maybe $40, but the time that it will take and just the fact they don't give a fuck.

Didn't you had your road paved a few years back on your ranch/estate?

The MD re-lays the road (it's one of those asphault/tar/rock mixes) every year or two .... and leaves a crap-tonne of debris that takes months before it's been kicked to the side of the road. Sucks, but what can you do short of taking a broom and spending a few days sweeping it off the road, lol :nut:
