It is an epic!

39 pages and counting......

That dealer is already fucked! They should give him a brand new instead a repaired.

I think in the thread it was mentioned that speed tv had it on their home page as well.

Yup. Some people/businesses will not learn the power of the 'net. The op has done a good job not revealling which dealership this is yet. Now I'd venture to guess he has some serious leaverage in negotiating with them.

Shame he has to even worry about how much leverage he has when it is clearly the dealer who fucked up his car.

Well yeah... he did put up a motto (or whatever you want to call it). I read that in the post.

But until their name is smeared all over, he still has leverage. Actually, maybe even with the name starting to come out it might not be detrimental to his case - now that people are beginning to have the company name in mind, they are going to be wondering what the company is doing to rectify the customer's issue.

Unfortunately for them, they already look like douches no matter what. Now it isn't so much an attempt to keep damage from happening to their name... it is just an attempt at damage control.

This is why I don't take my car to dealerships. That sucks.

find m5 of same year and similar miles and have the dealer buy it for you and they can keep the crashed car for parts.

Most 20yr old males have the mindset of a 16yr old, so his statement is true.

This happens with the Viper guys all the time. Usually four times a year on Viper Alley. Hopefully the dealership does the right thing.

Read all 42 pages.

Just what the OP had to say. A BMWNA rep has been in contact with him. I feel so sorry for him. :(

But at the same time I cant WAIT to see what shit comes down on the dealership
