"There is the most enormous threat from the combination of this radical extreme movement and the fact that, if they could, they would use nuclear, chemical or biological weapons.
Butbutbutbutbut, if the US can have them, why shouldn't Iran?

This one goes against argumentum ad populum, but still:

Asked about the argument that Chechens, Kashmiris, Palestinians, Iraqis and Afghans were resisting foreign occupation, he said Western polices were designed to confront radical Islamists because they were "regressive, wicked and backward-looking".

The aim of al-Qaeda in Iraq was "not to get American troops out of Baghdad [but] to destabilise a government the people of Iraq have voted for", he told the BBC's Owen Bennett Jones in a World Service interview.

Makes sense to me.

Radical Islam probably would be the greatest threat to Britain.

A 1500 watt hairdryer would probably be the greatest threat to an ice cream cone.

Patton was probably the greatest threat to Hitler.

A black democratically elected leader would be the greatest threat to Rob Anders.

Whats new? Booksales, good call.

Controversy didn't really work for Ms Bush either.

The alleged assasination poisoning attempts of the Bush's at the 2007 G8 in Germany, barely made headlines.

"Don't piss of the Germans"

Tony Blair - One of the worlds notorious war criminals and terrorists.... a mini me of GWB.

Should his self justifying opinion mean anything? :dunno:

good on him. He's taken a stand against something which if allowed (extreme Islam), would destroy our freedoms and standard of living.

I feel similarly about Blair in that he's bush junior, but that's where it ends.

Just clarifying; you are, or you aren't a supporter of extremist islam? I ask, because I got threatened with a car bomb two days ago.. well, me and everyone else in the store, by, you guessed it, and angry middle-eastern dude.

I don't see the issue here. I do think Radical Islam is a huge threat. Anyone disagree? If so, please explain.
