I'm a little less cynical about this. It may not seem like a great idea to us, but for all we know he could be a perfectly reasonable 20-year old who just happens to have a lot of really nice cars. There's no mention any dumb things he's done so he's either smart enough not to get caught, or smart enough not to do it in the first place.
