Anywork for TAQA North?

If you work @ TAQA North, please drop me a PM. Curious about their long term incentives.... as well how close to target were your bonus? ie: your target bonus = xx% and it's paid out on, above or below target. Especially in the last 2-3 years.

I don't work there but I heard that since recession in 08 hits, bonus and incentive sucks. Don't have the numbers, only heard the complains.

But I guess somebody gotta pay for that 5 week vacation.

Xtrema - thanks for your input. You're at RDS as well right? I'm thinking of exploring other opportunities, and one was TAQA North. They all have 5 weeks vacation (base) but fewer flex days.
