really quick question.
Friend of mine has been living in Alberta for a few years, and just recently brought his car out to Calgary from Sask last week. He knows he needs to do a OOP. We are wondering, would a cracked bumper cover cause a fail on an OOP? The foam and rebar are all fine, it is just the cover that is cracked.
