I was heading south on 4th St. S.W. When beside me this kid in a newer White Lancer (probably base model) starts revving like crazy and it sounds like he might have an exhaust mod. He makes an effort to pull in front of me as we pass 17th Ave. So I look for this exhaust as he pulls in front of me. I see no muffler... All I see is a bare exhaust flange from where he removed his muffler.
Nice :D. He was representing it like it was the hottest shit in town. Every chanced he get he would rev so we could hear his car without a muffler.
