Has anyone been sent for an Independent Medical Exam by their insurance company? I am supposed to go to one Friday and don't know what to expect. Any tips?

I just had one yesterday and it was pretty bullshit. The whole exam took 10mins ad I left feeling like I was just put through the motions to get outta their hair.

This was for wcb and no insurance, not that it makes much difference.

They are already fucking me, they are refusing to pay me for previous physio until I go to this IME BS. Maybe it will be worth my while to lawyer up, we'll see what happens after this.
