Two Sites I am looking for

Maybe some beyonders might be able to help.

The first one was a "University" page, it had a couple hundred youtube videos which had instructions on various different topics ranging from Economics to Finance.

The second one was a "how to" site, which was posted here before, with clear/professionalish looking videos on how to do different things around the house and for yourself, ranging from how to tie a tie, to properly clean - etc.

Hey Neil, the first one might be khan academy (just type into the youtube pages)

Second one I'm not too sure.

idk about a site but this youtube user was the first that came to mind
