Calgary Transit U-Pass Question

Always see these for sale for $70-80 but isn't that what their worth from calgary transit?

How can you buy a used pass when i though your picture is on the pass correct?

Regular CT monthly passes go for $85. UPass goes for some price (depends on the post-secondary) and spans from September to Jan for Fall and and Jan to Apr for Winter semesters, respectively.

The UPass is affixed to your student ID.

I've got an old U of C Id card...the blue one...will the UPASS still work for that card?
