Shaw Cable Technical Support

Now I've already found a very enjoyable job that I don't intend on leaving anytime soon, but I got a call from Shaw offering me a job in Technical Support.

Just kind of curious if anyone works in that department or has, and what the pay was like. Like I said I'm not interested in leaving my current job, but curiosity always kills me.

Starts at around $16-17/hr, and usually adds up to 20+/hr with commissions. Part time employees get all benefits (as long as they work over 20 hours/week), except for stock options and paid sick days.

That's for Shaw Direct though. I'm not sure about Shaw Cable, but they should be fairly similar.
