Calgary Downtown Parking

Posting for my aunt, just wanted to see if anyone knows any good monthly parking spots in downtown Calgary - around the 1st street sw / 4th ave sw area.

She would prefer something that was indoor / heated but whatever works / somewhat decently priced.

impark by the cultural center was 250 a month last i heard... could be different now. 3rd ave 1stsw. its out door though. indoor you're looking 500+/month
